Responsibilities
Work on-site at the client's office in Shanghai, responsible for project management related to FBA MCF. Focus on efficient communication and coordination with suppliers and internal departments of the company in the project to ensure the smooth flow of information, rapid problem-solving, and the smooth progress of the project.
Communicate in-depth with suppliers, clearly explain project-related processes and key requirements, help suppliers fully understand and actively cooperate with the project progress, and ensure the orderly development of all preparatory work.
Continuously provide patient and accurate communication and guidance for the repeated questions and confusions of suppliers during the project progress. Ensure that suppliers can obtain timely and accurate support when needed to guarantee the smooth progress of the project.
Undertake the handling of standardized tasks in the project, including but not limited to key tasks such as logistics-related settings and cost adjustments. Closely track the progress of task completion to ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and with high quality, and promote the efficient operation of the project.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or above.
Standard Mandarin and English proficiency as a working language.
Proficient in daily office software, including Word, PPT, Excel, etc., and sensitive to data.
Enthusiastic, cheerful, with good interpersonal communication skills, and able to actively and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Fresh graduates with no experience are acceptable, and those with study-abroad backgrounds are preferred.
Part-time work is acceptable, with a minimum of 3 working days per week.
